Description
I had seen many shots of under Scripps Pier and wanted one for my portfolio. Arrived early to try and be the first in line ahead of the pact. Am I glad I did. Shortly after this shot was taken other photographers started showing up. This enabled me to have the prime spot for this series of daylight and sunset and long exposure photographs.
